I book my car for one day more than my return date so I pay for one day I don’t use
I hope next time you give me my extra day
My deposit don’t return to my account yet but I have no doubt about that

They charged me so much more than the rate I was quoted.. they tried telling me I didn't read everything correctly.. i read everything and there was no button I was suppose to click for 3rd party insurance. also my name wasn't on the list to be picked up so had to wait for the shuttle for 20 min when it was 5 min up the road.
Time Less Car Rental gave me excellent service. One of the best service I ever received from a car rental company. All the staff I came in contact with were knowledgeable and courteous. I would recomm them to anyone based on the service I received.
This was our second time renting from you. The first time was amazing this time I feel like we were mislead and overcharged. I would never be able to get it to the bottom of it though, because the lady at the front desk was less than pleasurable. She had the personality of a door knob and pretty much felt like she couldn’t be bothered. We will no longer continue to do business with you because her personality is horrible. There was a lady next to us having issues as well. Sad.
I was charged an additional $300 for insurance once I arrived which dramatically impacted my trip budget. I don't mind the fees but they need to be clear before I travel to another country what I will be charged so I can plan accordingly
I never rent a car before and they give u an old car that the AC don’t work good one on the back light don’t work. I had call to get a new car but they never had any more. I would never use this car rental place ever again

Great cars for reasonable rate
The service was poor, the car was extremely dirty. We had to wait 2/12 hours before we could drive out with a car that was semi okay. definitely wouldn’t RENT OR RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TIME LESS TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY. Old poor service. DISAPPOINTED!!
Please do not waist your money on this place it stated that the rental place was on the terminal it was false I had to wait outside for about 15 minutes for someone to pick me up no van no logo just a simple car pick us up the car was old and falling apart it didn’t even lock its doors. When dropping off the car I was charged for cleaning because there were some small droppings of food and the lady who took us to the airport was extremely rude and calling us names.
