Bad do not use
Bad experience would not recommended price increase when at the office
We had an emergency tried to get to the rental company they left us stranded , telling us it’s Sunday they can’t get any workmen so I guess they should not rent on sundays try not to get in any problems on weekends would not recommend and would never dare do business with them plus they hike up the price when you arrived saying some new charges
We was told someone would be at the airport with our name that was a negative. We had to called and then we was picked up . We had a lady that did not even assist with our luggage. The car we receive no hub caps. All 4 tires bald. We ended with a flat tire and they only reimburse us less than half. CD player/ radio was in Chinese was unable to listen. Seats had cigarette burns. The door gasket kept falling down. Definitely will not ever rent there again.
Long wait. Vehicle I rented was not available and I had to go with a smaller car. Most shocking was the vehicle condition - for the price I rented the car; I did not expect such an old; dirty and overused car. I was shocked at the vehicle that I was given!!!
I was quoted $17 a day. Then also had to pay an additional $35 a day for collision insurance. So I really paid $52 a day. And still had to pay a deposit. Shouldn't have to leave a deposit if I'm covered by insurance. And I also received a car with no front lights, so couldn't drive at night. Ridiculous.
Staff were rude and unhelpful.
