When returned the car my rise was running late. The gentleman allowed my wife and son to sit and wait in the car as it was extra cold out that night. We also left a wallet in the car and it was easy to call and pickup the following day. Great service all around. Thank you
You were closed when we landed at the airport without any warning to us. We could only leave a voice mail message and had to scramble to get another car. It was awful. Thanks for nothing.

It's kind of odd that they don't have an airport shuttle at this time. I had to take a taxi to their location and one of the staff members drove me back to the airport. It worked, but was just a bit odd.
United Rental made my family feel comfortable and at ease. My wife was traveling with our two youngest children and her mother to San Diego. United Auto made the trip begin and end with a bang.

My experience with United Auto Rental was so amazing, if this is what it is like to work with a smaller (not Avis, Not hertz, etc type company) - then I am hooked! They were so accommodating, so kind, so respectful and friendly. They will be my go to car rental company from now on!!!

It was really nice not to have to deal with the Rental Car Center on the return, no fighting the crowds. We drove to United, they inspected the care and then drove us to the Southwest Terminal. How nice to have door to door service!! I usually rent from Thrifty, but this was far better than Thrifty. Many thanks for a wonderful rental!!!
