When i got to the counter, they tried to change my rate. I complained, then they tried to take away the unlimited miles, i had just flown back here and was tired, i felt like it was a scam, Will never rent from them again.
I rented from this agency to avoid paying the high airport based rental car charges. Turns out that this agency not only is less expensive but provides great service. The best service I have received from a car rental agency! Couldn't ask for more.
The guy that picks you up and takes you back to the airport is awesome. I forget his name, but he has a little daughter, and he is so nice, and so helpful.
I was picked up at the airport promptly. It seemed quicker than using a larger rental agency and the car rental shuttle. The price was as quoted with no hidden fees. the car was an older model with 60k miles on it, but that is what was expected.
Older vehicle with excessive mileage; many dents and scratches, defective door locks, etc.

Nice company to rent with, staff is understanding, courteous and easy to work with. i would rent from United auto rental again..
The gentlemen were courteous and welcoming. They promptly picked me up from the airport, sent us on our way, and returned me to the airport when needed. I am quite pleased, and will use them again if I am ever in the area.
Good service but, the branch needs better signage, not so easy to locate.
