The staff was very professional, courteous, and honest. Definitely the best experience we have had in car rental!
Directions for returning the car would have been very helpful. I typed in the address on my phone and it directed me to the wrong place. I had to call for directions Also the USB port had been disabled, perhaps by a previous customer, so I couldn't charge my phone or listen to my iPod.

Better than expected
As directed by United, after collecting luggage, we called them, but were put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally, we were told to catch the car rental bus and call again when we arrived at the car rental site. It was unnecessary to make the first call from the baggage claim area. Once we got to the car rental site, everything went very smoothly. United’s driver was there to drive us to their nearby location. Everyone else was fine.
The car was ready to fall apart-it rattled and balked.
The staff at United Auto Rental at SNA were awesome. They stayed late on Christmas Day since our flight was delayed. I didn’t have to wait in any lines and the van we rented was in great condition. They also provide free shuttle service and are very prompt. Will definitely rent from them again next time I’m in town.
