Great experience! Would rent from again!
Friendly and great service!
I was happy to receive a car from this place and the deal I got was great! What was a challenge were not having unlimited miles. Even though I did not exceed my mileage, I felt as though I had to be really mindful of how much I was using the car. Also, there was a faulty indication light stating that I had low tire pressure when there wasn't one. The company told me not to worry about it, but I still did. That was also concerning since I was driving 2 hours away.

The only thing I would ask is for the car to be clean. Not that it made any difference to the driving experience, it just looks nicer that way.
Pickup was clear and quick, got right into the car after check in and was off to my vacation.
When it comes to renting a car, alot is left to the imagination, you never know what kind of service you'll received and what kind of horrors the car has seen, luckily that was not the case with united auto.
Everything was great, car was in good shape and we got back and checked out in no time before our flight.

Very happy with our rental experience. They were friendly, fast and dropped us off at the airport upon returning the rental. The car I originally booked was not available so they upgraded us at no charge. The rental was clean and ran well. I would definitely recommend this company.
