Great experience with airport curbside drop off!
The vehicle had many dents in it, missing gas cap and had a funny smell inside. The people we felt with were very nice. I think we should have been told that the vehicle wasn't in the best condition. The price was fair considering.
This is one of the few remaining small car rental companies in San Diego. They are very friendly and much more affordable than the other companies. They pick you up from the car rental center, and bring you back to the airport terminal after rental. Don't expect the newest vehicles, but our car was perfectly fine at a rate that cannot be beat. I will certainly use them again.

Probably the best experience i have had renting a car! The picked me up at the airport personally (no bus)!! Got in and out in literally minutes! I turned in my car and then they drove me to the airport personally. Simply AWESOME. I will rent from them again next time I come to town. Thank you and keep up the great service!!!

Very fast service checking in and checking out. Staff was extremely courteous. Shuttle was fast both from and then back to the airport on the return trip. I would definitely recommend United to others looking to rent a car from the Santa Ana location.
