Although my vehicle was a bit the worse for weat ( lots of scratches and a few scrapes) , it ran well and had obviously been maintained as required. And -of course - their quote was the cheapest...The staff were friendly, professional, and did not keep trying to sell me extra insurance . Would definitely use this car rental business again.
Very unhappy that it isn't standard procedure with this company to go over the car with us checking for existing damage/scratches before we drove off the lot. My husband had to complain to the manager in order to have an employee check the car for damage with us. Very uncomfortable and time consuming experience. My husband has rented numerous cars over the years with several different companies and has never run into this problem until now. Will never rent from this company again.
The USB in the car was broken. It was not adequately clean. A air vent was broken. The car smelled of mold and body odor.
Martin and team were great. Car was not but when I returned they made it right so I will come back.
Everyone we dealt with was courteous and professional. They picked us up at the airport which was great. Great value.
There was a lot of confusion regarding the rental insurance
Cars are a little dated but you get what you pay for and service was quick/easy. No complaints whatsoever.

I was nervous that the great rate was too good to be true. Then, I realized that this rental car was an "off-site" rental company. I took the deal, knowing it might take slightly longer than the companies at the main airport rental car location. I doubt it took any longer than service from the other rental car places, and Jorge, who picked us up from the main rental car location was extremely kind and courteous. The car is slightly older but reliable. I highly recommend this company.
