we had our first minivan which was a Kia...very dirty and dusty inside. Low tire so they replaced the vehicle with a dodge grand caravan. It was slightly better. I rent vehicles 3-5 times a year and this one by far was the worse. Also had over 100,000 miles on it? Most are under 30,000 on the places Ive gotten them from before
Loved having airport pick-up and drop-off in our actual vehicle and ease of check-out/return. Having 5 kids and luggage in tow means the less transfers from one mode of transportation to the next, the better! Will definitely look to rent here again if we fly into ONT in the future.
Very friendly service. Would rent here again. No waiting in long lines like at other rental agencies.

It's not letting me pick the dates of my rental. July 12- July 15, 2017. I really appreciated the fact that the company picked me up at the airport AND gave me a ride back to the airport. My town does not do that. Thank you again!!!
They were a bit busy at times but very courteous. Also one of the few rental agencies open on Sundays. Very satisfied with the experience and will always consider this rental agency based on value.
Rented a great 2017 Kia Sedona minivan for one-third to one-half off with the major car rental places were charging.
We had a wonderful experience with this company and would highly recommend them! The staff was exceptionally friendly and curteous. We received a free upgrade on vehicle type without even requesting it. Everything was clearly explained regarding the rental agreement and charges. We felt very comfortable throughout the process and in the vehicle. They even returned us to the airport in the car we had rented so there was no struggling with luggage on a shuttle bus for the return trip.
