Van was clean and well maintained. Staff went above and beyond to help us. Caesar gave excellent exceptional customer service.

Very prompt and friendly service. We had a bit of a snafu where there was an extra charge and the employee couldn't figure out why, but we eventually figured it out.
Very nice staff, it was not busy so we received personalized treatment. Excellent rates, no attempt to upsell. I would definitely recommend them and use their services again.
Was worried about this not being on-site, but it's ridiculously close! They told us to call and they would come get us, and they did. No line at all, and fast in/out. Got a private ride back to gate right away. My only negative was that they made us take the shuttle to the onsite rental car agencies, and we got picked up there. Would have been nicer to be picked up at airport and avoid the whole shuttle completely.
It was a great experience!! We were allowed to have an "extra" driver for no extra charge. Both of the people at the agency that we worked with were exceptional and the minivan worked great for us. The employees went over and above for us. We would definitely rent from them again and tell our friends and family about them.
Only concern and I forgot to mention, the VW Jetta had terrible acceleration. Very slow to pick up and go, hard to drive sometimes on freeway. Also did not like the seats.
Renting with this group was an easy process. They promptly answered my call once I was ready to be picked up and it was a very smooth process getting back to the airport as well. All at 1/3rd the cost of the 'name brand' rental companies. Would recommend this group.
