Pickup/dropoff was great. There was a bit of a wait to get the car.

I was not aware that the car rental was offsite so I had to call for a pick up, the offered me a smaller car then I requested and then gave me the bigger one. my flight back was at 7 am but they don't open till 8 am so I had to park it at a park and fly place and they will charge me for that parking . I will never rent from united rental in san diego again
The vehicle was in poor condition. Interior was dirty and had cigarette burns on seats. Mileage on vehicle was 95000. We were very disappointed. We should get some sort of credit for this poor condition. Gloria Gottesman 5099952945.
When we landed we called United and they came to the airport to pick us up with 15 minutes, took us back to the office, we filled out the paperwork, everything was explained to us in detail. The staff was incredibly friendly and there were no hidden charges. We paid exactly what we were quoted. When we arrived back at the office to return our car, they drove us to the airport and dropped us off right at our terminal. it was very easy and convenient.
The agent could not have been nicer, and it was the best price anywhere for the Mustang we rented.
This rental car had major problems -- smelled like cigarette smoke (and my wife is pregnant so the smoke was especially bad), had no cruise control, had no USB charger for cell phones, the cup holder was broken, the car made a loud ding any time you got above 48 mph (very annoying), the windshield wipers barely worked which is dangerous, and the car jumped when driving on the interstate in rain. This car should never have been rented. I would not use this company again.
Jacob was very friendly and efficient
The only negative is that they are not available outside regular business hours except for an extra fee.
Alex and George were both excellent! Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. They make a great team.
