The United folks were great & the rates were awesome. Perfect for what we needed for our week in CA.
Overall the staff was great and the vehicle got the job done. The van was in pretty rough shape though. It had a lot of exterior dings and scratches which aren't the biggest deal, just disappointing. Also there were compartments crammed full of trash in the back seat which was disappointing. Lastly the electronic components (USB/aux) weren't working either. Overall it was good just a little below expectations.
I picked up the van late in the day and it took quite a while, had to wait on 2 other people and only one person was working then. Otherwise a great experience!!

The people were great. The location wasn't ideal. But you are getting a good value on cars and the shuttle was prompt. The primary concern I have was the quality of the car. The car clearly had smokers in the car to the point where there were many cigarette burns in the upholstery. I should have pressed harder to get another car. But it appeared that was the only car available. The car is the only reason I am hesitant to rent from again.
The car needs to be cleaned inside and the odor inside needs taken care of. The engine light was on all the time.
