We were provided with a free upgrade. I wish the pick up was at the actual airport. Not the rental car center, it took a lot of time to get to the office.
Earlier hours on Saturday would be nice. 9:00 open is late for a lot of flights. Leaving the car in a parking lot and paying for the charge is not what I expected. How about a porta-potty in lot 5.
After I made my reservation I received the following instructions to pick up my car. These instructions are incorrect and made my pick up confusing. You may want to correct them:
" ... Here's what you do to pick up your car:
Travelers:
Upon arrival at the Airport please collect your bags and call us toll free at (855) 313-9431 or (619) 688-1800 for a free pick up.
Local renters:
Please go directly to our location
..."
Instruction should say instead to take the 'car rental shuttle'.
Clean nice car. Very friendly and courteous staff. When they realized we were going to legoland they even offered a free child pass. We will definitely use them again. 100% recommended. Thank you United Car Rental :)
This was probably my best car rental experience ever. The staff was great, and I ended up paying less than what I was originally quoted. Will definitely rent from CRX on my next trip to San Diego!

Thought I would get a newer vehicle with fewer miles
By far the best price and value to rent a mini van. I had accidentally reserved the wrong days, but the associate still honored the rate without giving me a hard time about it. Everything was great!
