United Auto Rental was awesome.
Had a problem with left tail light. Returned to office and they worked on it for a while. Driving away, it worked 3 times and stopped. Went back and switched cars. This time ask for a Suzuki but was given another Versa with 99K miles on it. Staff was very friendly. Both vehicles were not very clean on the inside with stains on seats and were not even washed on the outside. First car has a vial of marijuana in the glove box. Worst services ever I have experienced. i had to wait for my car over 1hr and half. Still they were not offering me any options or give me another car. Did not get discount as well.....

1. I expected the rental agency to be at the airport, not off-site. Had I seen an indication of this during the online reservation, I would not have rented.
2. Upon arrival, I was told that my current itinerary was not what was needed to qualify for unlimited mileage, as I had not arrived on the day I was renting.
I cancelled the reservation and went to my preferred vendor who charged slightly more, honored the unlimited mileage, and gave me a choice a vehicles.

the car was in pretty bad shape. after one week i asked to trade it in because it didn't feel safe on the freeway but there weren't any cars available at that time. it was a good price but i still want to feel safe.
