I was very disappointed in the guys who drove us to the airport. For him shuttling us there I would have expected him to get out of the van and help us unload our luggage. He just stayed in the car and didn't say anything. Or help at all. Very poor shuttle service

Service was not bad. I was surprised that there was no money taken from my account at the time of the reservation and that I needed to give an extra security deposit in order to receive the car. The car itself was somewhat worn out but suited my needs. I would have preferred a nicer, smaller vehicle. Everything was OK

The rates at United Auto Rental are what initially caught my attention. The courteousness and professionalism of the staff is what will make me a returning customer. The rates are honored, the vehicles are great and I was provided an upgrade with no extra charge. The team really enhanced my stay in CA- thank you Jacob!
