We drove a lot and the car was always good. Staff are very nice. Good vacation so it's perfect.
I was very disappointed in the guys who drove us to the airport. For him shuttling us there I would have expected him to get out of the van and help us unload our luggage. He just stayed in the car and didn't say anything. Or help at all. Very poor shuttle service

I appreciated that I was contacted and met by a friendly person. He helped me with a map to where I was starting my weekend getaway. Alex did a great job! Thank you.
Service was not bad. I was surprised that there was no money taken from my account at the time of the reservation and that I needed to give an extra security deposit in order to receive the car. The car itself was somewhat worn out but suited my needs. I would have preferred a nicer, smaller vehicle. Everything was OK
excellent service....polite and helpful. No lines...in and out at the counter for pickup and return. great experience and will use them again!!
