Staff was extremely courteous, good experience overall
The office was closed at the time I needed to returned the car, I was told to return car in a different parking lot then charged the parking fee. I don't think clients should be responsible for parking fee if you're office is not available. First flight leaves the airport at 5am, you're office should be open and available for clients taking very early/very late flights.
Very happy with my experience and the staff was very nice.
The rental experience was awesome, we will use United again.
I was quoted 178.90 and then when I got there I had to pay around 250.

I reserved and paid for a Mustang convertible online and they didn't actually have the car. I didn't know of this until I was waiting for their driver to pick me up from the airport. The courtesy shuttle was right in front of me and the driver was on the phone and he drove off leaving us there to get a phone call seconds later informing us that they didn't actually have the car we rented. So then we were forced to find another car because the guy on the phone offered no assistance.
wound up getting an upgrade, enjoyed the car, and the service was great !
