Should make sure renters know your hours on the weekend . You should say something about it being different/later. We had to wait an hour to turn our car in on a Sunday because we asked your hours and nothing was said about the change for the weekend. It would be helpful to have an earlier opening on the weekend. We asked about about opening time and were just told 8.
Agent was having problems with United's software. He had to reboot the computer a few times which took time for the customer before me and our reservation. This was not the fault of the agent. Also there was some major cigarette burns on the passenger seat that where not repaired. Otherwise the car was very clean.
The staff was very helpful and the car worked great for our needs. Booked an economy but was upgraded to a compact at no extra charge. Thorough inspection of the car before leaving the lot so that all parties knew what damage there already was (just very small dents/scratches--hardly even noticeable). Had to take a shuttle and then walk on the way to pick up the car, but got a ride directly to the airport when we were leaving. All in all, very pleased with the experience. Would recommend.

The young man who inspected my car and drove me to the airport after I returned it was fantastic - he is an asset to your staff, very professional. Everyone else was great too. I wasn't a huge fan of the car I rented - it felt a bit "loose" for lack of a better word - loose acceleration, braking, and steering. Basically it felt like a car that was much older and beat up than it was. But overall it was a great rental experience, would rent again.
Workers were friendly, helpful and courteous. The computer system at the location was very slow -but would not impact my decision to rent from this company again.
We travel a lot between work and leisure. We both were extremely happy with United. I wish they were in every city. The workers were very nice, helpful, and we had no waiting time. One even helped me with my toddler and his carseat at the airport. Absolutely awesome. Next time we are in San Diego, we won't even look at other companies because this experience was so good. Thanks!
