Workers were friendly, helpful and courteous. The computer system at the location was very slow -but would not impact my decision to rent from this company again.

We travel a lot between work and leisure. We both were extremely happy with United. I wish they were in every city. The workers were very nice, helpful, and we had no waiting time. One even helped me with my toddler and his carseat at the airport. Absolutely awesome. Next time we are in San Diego, we won't even look at other companies because this experience was so good. Thanks!

THE WORST RENTAL SERVICE EVER. NO CAR WAS MADE AVAILABLE AND NO REFUND FOR THE CHARGE TO MY CARD. WOULD NEVER USE THIS AGENCY AGAIN . AND I WANT ANY CHARGES REVERSED AND REFUNDED. ALSO IN ADDITION TO THE PRICE OF THE RENTAL CAR THAT WAS NEVER RECEIVED $125 IN CASH SPENT OUT OF POCKET FOR TRANSPORTATION FROM AND TO THE AIRPORT BECAUSE OF THIS AGENCY'S FAILURE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS RENTAL SERVICE AND WANT MY MONEY ALL REFUNDED. THANK YOU.

Jacob and his little brother were very friendly and helpful. We were a little concerned when a man at the airport said he'd never even heard of United Auto Rental, but our worries were laid to rest with their great customer service, affordable prices and quality, clean cars. We would rent from United again!

We wanted an economy car and that's what we got. The car was fine, but there was so much body damage (mostly small dents and dings and a couple of small holes) that they really should have just skipped the walk around at the beginning and had in writing that unless a panel was actually missing upon return we wouldn't be charged for anything. (We weren't charged for anything so it was fine, but there was always that small worry in the back of my mind).

They were also kind enough to mail back something I had left in the vehicle. Even though I paid the postage, it is good service for them to go beyond the norm and do this errand for me. Good people, good value.
