My experience with this car rental was great. They picked us up from the airport in a timely manner, the car was as expected, and they drove us to the airport upon car return.
You are hard to find when returning your car. I would highly recommend a sign where you have to make a "U" turn and one where you have to turn into your lot to return the car. It's difficult!! Look at what your competition does...they make it easy. Otherwise, a good experience..

The staff wasn't aware about the car drop off date and didn't give satisfactory information regarding weekends working hours and car drop off after hours.
Very convenient and super courteous staff. The vehicle was not fancy or new, but suited our needs perfectly. Would use them again.
The car we had did not drive right - seemed to have a transmission issue.
The person who picked us up from the airport to take us to the agency office was especially good at telling us about the area and the system. He was very personable.
We appreciated the professional manner and their service was better than big brand rentals. Thank you United Auto Rental; will do car rental again!
