It was great. Would use againg
Very complicated pick up at the airport requiring taking a bus to a remote location from the terminal. It took several call to the rental office to finally get the right directions to a bus that took us to a car rental center where we were finally connected to a driver who took us to the rental car office of United. Time spent- almost an hour

Did not have the car I reserved but gave me a better car at the same rate.
The gentleman who picked us up was fantastic. All customer service was excellent. We did fix the taillight which no one could have foreseen that. Absolutely we will rent from you next year when we come!!!
Good price and good service
My rental experience was overall excellent apart from a little miscommunication between the employees on the drop off of the vehicle. Turned out to not be a very big problem, but it showed a bit of unreliability on the company.
The whole process was quick and easy. Easy on the budget, too; very courteous service.

Last minute weekly rate was a great value. The process was slower than competitors bc i had to provide copy of own insurance, but other than that, fairly easy process. I would rent from them again.
The information when i made the booking was misleading. The staff was not helpful to resolve the problem. I canceled the reservation and booked through Fox Rental
The staff member when I checked in was helpful and courteous. Unfortunately, his job performance was compromised by a personal errand that he was simultaneously attending to which delayed our checking in process. We felt attended to but not his full attention despite being the only customers. Upon return, having multiple agents but only one computer slowed down the checking out process.
