Helpful,friendly staff.
The van was not ready for us right away which did not start things off well. We did get one to use 12 seat one for a few hours. It did cut into so time driving back and fourth to get the new one 3 hours later. Other than that, it was very good! Jacob and his driver were very pleasant to be around!

The car was a 2015 and was a nice car the only thing it didn't have was cruise control. I thought all cars had cruise control.
We want to mention both Jacob and Julian as they were excellent in providing assistance. I doubt if United Auto Rental has better employees than these two men.
I don't want to enter a comment, but this survey is requiring me to. Luckily, I wasn't annoyed enough to change everything to a poor rating.

Absolutely fantastic. Our flight changed and they stayed late to pick us up (for a small fee, which I understand) and get us in our car - which got a free upgrade! Cost just as much as they said it would. Everyone was super nice and things went so smoothly. Thank you again for being so flexible on a day that wasn't going as planned!
