Staff was fantastic. The car rattled, squeaked, and made disconcerting noises on inclines. The RPMs also seemed to run a little high. I told the very kind rental agent about it. Hopefully something will be done.

All specifics regarding the vehicle rental was exact, the staff was courteous, prompt and very pleasant when picked up at SNA and also when delivered to the airport for our return. The office staff were very cordial and made us feel we made the proper selection by renting from them.
Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would rent again and recommend United Auto Rental based on this experience. The only thing that would make it better is unlimited mileage for locals (although the free mileage allowed for this rental was adequate).
I had requested an economy car and expected a Ford Focus or something comparable, but got a Kia. It worked out fine anyway and overall we were pleased. The staff was excellent and very efficient!
