The return at John Wayne airport doesn't give good direction on how to get to the upper level for car return I drove around 4-times and finaly decided to stop in front of employee entrance somewone then had to get me out of there or they would have been late for work. It worked a gentleman came to guide us to the right entrance.which had no sign to show upper level parking I think I put more mileage on the car just trying to find the place to park.
What made me answer so highly for this company is that the car we rented had only 1/8 tank of gas, so they told us we did not have to fill the tank and would not be charged. But my son, whom we were visiting, didn't know that and filled the tank as a benefit to us. I asked United Auto if we could be credited for the gas, and they credited us $35. Very grateful for that!
The van we rented stalled 3 times while using it, very dangerous to be driving on major highway and have it stall out....

Customer service was as good or better than any of the more well-known rental companies we've used in the past. They were the best priced in the area for our trip to Disney. Wouldn't hesitate to rent with them again!
