We had one car that had a mechanical problem. They supplied us with another car, and it also had a problem. We hope they fixed these issues instead of renting out the cars until they break down and leave someone stranded.

Web site should say clearly that rental cars with unlimited mileage must have boarding pass from Orange County Airport, not "local airports".

the problems began from the start, I reserved a economy car and was placed in a large car that I was told it was a 4 cylinder but the weight negated the gas efficiency. The car had a badly tattered sun visor that obstructed my view also the rental that I was changed to has a convertible top that didn't work. The other thing that i consider to be a safety issue is the car vibrated very badly upon breaking at highway speeds along with the visor obstructing my view as another safety hazard.

I was very frustrated with the response to my dilemma of my plane being delayed and the car rental place being closed by the time I landed. When I picked my car up the next day I was told that I wouldn't be able to have unlimited miliage b/c I was not getting picked up at the airport. I was also told that my rate would be lower b/c i rented the car for one less day, but this did not happen. I was charged the same amount. I will NEVER rent from you agai

The rental office was not real fancy, but the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Overall, I was more than happy to pay half of what the other rental agencies had quoted.
