I was very frustrated with the response to my dilemma of my plane being delayed and the car rental place being closed by the time I landed. When I picked my car up the next day I was told that I wouldn't be able to have unlimited miliage b/c I was not getting picked up at the airport. I was also told that my rate would be lower b/c i rented the car for one less day, but this did not happen. I was charged the same amount.

The rental office was not real fancy, but the staff was polite and knowledgeable. Overall, I was more than happy to pay half of what the other rental agencies had quoted.

This was a great deal, it beat the "big boys" by 40%. Located close to the airport. A good expierence.
advertise dodge caravan - substituted chev upalander. Caravan has rotating captains chairs in center that rotate, uplander does not even fully recline. Specifically wanted reclining. Willing to accept it as misunderstanding.
Car in bad condition.Problem going reverse/pax side door hard to close/out of alignment/loud clanking noise while driving. Given "upgrade."Wanted different car but told they were sold out. Afraid of car breakdown during rental period. Won't be back.
the car was a little nois and other little problem
Everyone was wonderful; polite and so respectful to us. We were picked up extremely quickly and I was delivered directly to my airline. All in all, I would rent from United again and will next summer when I return to CA.
