All specifics regarding the vehicle rental was exact, the staff was courteous, prompt and very pleasant when picked up at SNA and also when delivered to the airport for our return. The office staff were very cordial and made us feel we made the proper selection by renting from them.
Staff was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and very helpful. I would rent again and recommend United Auto Rental based on this experience. The only thing that would make it better is unlimited mileage for locals (although the free mileage allowed for this rental was adequate).
I had requested an economy car and expected a Ford Focus or something comparable, but got a Kia. It worked out fine anyway and overall we were pleased. The staff was excellent and very efficient!

Very good experience overall, especially for the price. Would easily recommend. (ps. the back windows on the Mustang convertible wouldn't align properly when rolled up and had to be manually pulled the rest of the way forward; probably just needs to be greased)
The vehicle worked out great for me. The process of how to return it after hours could be better for those not familiar with the Ontario airport. More details like how to get the shuttle from the airport parking lot would definitely enhance the experience.
