I am happy with the rental experience!
Over all my experience with this car rental establishment would be a B- . The price of the rental was excellent. Where the problem lies was having to put air in the rear tire every day. For me that's not a problem. But if this was my wife I would be upset because she would have panicked with the light coming on every day.
Customer service was nice for renting and returning the car. The pick up at the airport I thought was slow. That's why I could not rate it higher

This was the easiest part of a stressful trip. Both men in the office were friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Would 100% recommend. Won’t be back to CA anytime soon, but would rent again!
