Everything was great. High value for the rental and expectations were met.
Car return was hard to find,
The car we reserved (SUV) was not available when we arrived since it had not yet been returned. United provided us a sedan that had enough room and was a lower price, so it worked out. The car had some minor damage but it was good otherwise. All things considered, the staff was great. We were frustrated when our car was not ready but they stayed patient with us and found us a suitable alternative. We definitely saved money by going with United.
