Such a great experience with United Auto Rental at the Orange County Airport. Friendly and prompt service. We were given a great car and a credit of a day's rental because we were going to be returning the car earlier than expected. I highly recommend renting from them. It was a seamless and great experience.

1st auto had a lot of dents scratches & over spray, inside of car dirty. 2nd car again number of dents, scratches, broken speakers, broken insert for charger, broken visor (w/black tape to hold up), damage inside car that we photographed. Upon driving, the "engine light" came on the first day; the key fob was dead which caused a delivery 1 1/2 hr late to deliver a "BATTERY". We did not travel far for fear of being broken down on highway. Clerk was rude and made no notes of damage. Trip RUINED!!

Due to the need for me to DROP off the car at LAX, I didn’t rent the vehicle……. With that said, I enjoyed the understanding of MY Mistake with location…..

My rental was full of ants, the attendant saw them and didn’t do anything about it. We were a big family with kids. So I didn’t appreciate that they didn’t care much about that. The vehicle was ok.
Rental is off site which at first you think could be a wait but shuttle is fast and when returning vehicle you don’t have to deal with traffic at the airport plus you are dropped off right in front of where your airline is. Highly recommend and will definitely use again when back in Southern California

Truck had high mileage, but was clean and maintained. Wish it had Bluetooth, though
