The vehicle had a lot of dings, scratches, and the tire pressure light was on the entire time I had it.
This is the most janky car rental company out there. The car they wanted me to take was in horrible condition and I question whether it was safe or not. I didn’t let it get that far after I did the walk around of the vehicle I cancelled the rental it’s so bad. Next time I will spend a few extra dollars for a legit car at one of the big name companies.
Young driver that picked us up at airport drove too fast and recklessly, nearly causing an accident. Window tint on vehicle rear window compromised effective viewing and safety - will never accept a vehicle with window tint again.
The staff were all extremely helpful and courteous. They went out of their way to help us.

Did not get the car I requested. I paid for a camry or equiv and got a super beat up Kia Forte. I needed a larger car for luggage + my mom’s large walker. We had to use the back seat for all the overflow. And that car was beat up! Fortunately I do not have car ego. If I did I would have been embarrassed to drive such a car.
I was fortunate to have arrived before the agency closed for the night. I don't recall being advised about hours when I made my reservation, and am uneasy knowing that I could have been stranded for the night.
But the car I rented was wonderful to drive, and in great condition and very clean.
The overall process from booking, to getting picked up, to get prices, the vehicle, and drop off couldn’t have been more easier. It felt too good to be true, and it ended up being everything they promised it would me. Thank you so much!!
The driver who picked me up at airport was not pleasant and was busy on his phone. Most men would help woman lift her heavy bag not him thank God another client helped me lift bag up in the high van. Rental car had scratches many. Drive like a truck no pick up and tires sounded like when tread is coming off. I prayed whole time I had it. I asked for different car before I left but they allege none available. I guess since I was a black woman they cared less what I drove.
Quality Service, even if the office itself was a little run down looking.
