The overall process from booking, to getting picked up, to get prices, the vehicle, and drop off couldn’t have been more easier. It felt too good to be true, and it ended up being everything they promised it would me. Thank you so much!!
The driver who picked me up at airport was not pleasant and was busy on his phone. Most men would help woman lift her heavy bag not him thank God another client helped me lift bag up in the high van. Rental car had scratches many. Drive like a truck no pick up and tires sounded like when tread is coming off. I prayed whole time I had it. I asked for different car before I left but they allege none available. I guess since I was a black woman they cared less what I drove.
Quality Service, even if the office itself was a little run down looking.
The rate was amazing and I was looking forward to renting from UA rental again in the future. Unfortunately we were not advised of the mileage charge. We were going up North to visit family. The cost of the mileage overage fees was the same cost as the rental. We will not be retuning or recommending to friends or family.

Smooth and fast pickup and drop off of the car, very convenient to the airport with shuttle that runs on demand and arrives quickly. Staff are professional and friendly.
We were picked up at the airport in 7 minutes and the car we rented was waiting outside for us. When returning same applied another courteous employee promptly brought us back. I was unsure about renting from a company I had never heard of but the price was so much better. I would not hesitate on telling anyone to use this company if you are flying into Santa Ana airport.
