Car was very good , new, clean. Rental paperwork was painless.
Was picked up promptly, and the drop off process was smooth even though we dropped off before business hours. Really enjoyed our California vacation in nice convertible!

This company is a joke.
I got a confirmation after booking, then went straight to collect my car, they just enail back 3 mins before my pick up time and said the order is cancelled.
I was arrived to the shop already.
And there was few more customers there having the same problem!!!!
Specifically had a different drop off when I booked on line. When I got to the New drop off the original booking place stated they weren’t aware and wanted to charge another $100. We settled on half just so I could get home. Also the Mitsubishi had a donut as one of the tires -didn’t occur to me when I picked it up. Driving on the highway the car had poor acceleration and it felt like the tires were wobbly. The console knob was broken and the car could have been cleaner.

We got a van in the right car class, but it was the base model and had no rear air. We traveled 1k miles in 5 days with the van packed full of luggage and kids. It was summer with outside temps over 100 in some areas, and the van just couldn’t provide the air the kids needed. We also had some transmission issues. After initially stating it was normal operation, they agreed to bring us a new van. It’s a budget rental place…you get what you pay for. Good price, courteous people, not so great
