The agency staff were great, the car was not. Key for drivers door didn’t always work, nothing automatic.
Great experience every time
When I heard the miles were not limited and there would be a 300.00-500.00 dollar hold on my card I cancelled my reservation. The people at the counter also used foul language and were somewhat unprofessional. I will never rent from a small no-name car rental again.
It was my first time renting a car. The qoute was good but I felt they told a “white lie” to get me to buy full coverage insurance. Otherwise all good,next time I will know. I now have experience
