Friendly staff, nice car, the cost of the car was what we were quoted.
Overall, a very good experience from start to finish. The only negative was when I was returning the vehicle. The agent told me that there would be a $49.99 charge for mileage even though the first agent told me there was unlimited mileage after confirming my round trip plane ticket. However, this was quickly resolved and I was not charged.
Very slow pickup would discourage me from recommending again
The staff are super friendly. I had to shorten the rent and there is no panolty. All good. I am happy with United Auto Rental.
