Staff was very nice and professional.
I didn’t know much about this company when I rented the car through them, the rates sold me on going with them. I was very happy that I did and plan to use them again!

I was expecting "a jetta or equivalent" and got a small, older Kia without much power. There were cigarette burns in the seats and lots of scratches on the car - not quite what I was expecting, but it got me around just fine, so it was ok.
Car had an extremely run down and corroded battery. It did not start after packing up to leave camp (no lights were left on or doors open), and the first contractor we had over to look at it said it was dangerous to jump it. My friend missed her flight while we looked for a way to get to the airport on time. All the company did was waive 1 day of the rental, which does not come close to covering the cost of rebooking a flight and the stress of being stuck out in a campground with no service.

Only downside was I did not know that no-one would be there to take me to the airport when I left. If all of John Wayne Airport traffic cannot leave until 7, maybe there could be someone there at 5:30 to take people to the airport if they have early flights?
The rental car got us there, but it was in poor condition visually. Also one of the sliding doors did not open from the inside and the interior front lights did not turn on.
