i had a good experience. i wish they were open before 8am, but they came and picked me up right away
Only downside was I did not know that no-one would be there to take me to the airport when I left. If all of John Wayne Airport traffic cannot leave until 7, maybe there could be someone there at 5:30 to take people to the airport if they have early flights?
The rental car got us there, but it was in poor condition visually. Also one of the sliding doors did not open from the inside and the interior front lights did not turn on.

The car was fine, the service was bad. Nor friendly or helpful, plus an extra insurance was charged which was no where indicated on the website.

Vehicle had higher-than-expected mileage, but was great for the price. Well worth it!
