We reserved an intermediate, upon arrival the intermediate we reserved was extended to another customer. They only option available was a compact - at 7pm in the evening with 2 small children we had no option but to take what was available. They should of asked for the car to be returned since it was reserved by another party or contacted us so we could decide beforehand to make other arrangements. The car was small an inconvenient.
When talking to me he did not go over the fact that because I was bringing the car in before they open that they were going to charge me for that I was not made aware that until after the fact
We were in and out with our vehicle in minutes. Great service, vehicle was clean and when we brought it back it was easy to check back in and they dropped us off right where we needed to go.
Our tag was expired on our car. We did not notice until our last day which was fortunate.
