Smaller company but sometimes when you go smaller you get better service. This was 100% true. Offers shuttles to and from airport. They are definitely willing to go extra mile for you. No hidden secret fees. I got a car better then what I expected.
Your employees have excellent attitudes. I could not have been happier with the service I received. But, I need to say, for some reason, my upgrade came out to over double than originally quoted but was too embarrassed to say anything. The car I reserved looked small and old so I asked about a small SUV. You didn't have one available. Therefore, I was forced to take what you had available which was more expensive. I do not experience this with Enterprise as they have plenty of vehicles.
