United Auto Rental is a little secret I’m glad I stumbled upon. Dont let the fact that you may have never heard of them scare you. In fact, just the opposite should be the case. The other guys don’t care about you because one bad review from a company like enterprise is just another drop in the bucket. United Auto Rental, however, cares about each and every person they help. The whole process went so smoothly, we where treated so well, and it’s the best price you will find. Go with United
While the company was off-site from the airport, we didn't have to wait too long to be picked up, in the car that we were renting. The agents at the office were helpful and efficient. They provided good directions for returning the car at the airport as we were returning the vehicle before the office opened. Excellent and cost-effective rental

The car was a very rough ride (needed new shocks). It also had a smoky smell. All the staff was very friendly.

Everything went very smoothly and quickly.
The only thing that was slightly wrong with vehicle was the steering pulled slightly to the left. Not a big deal. I was offered another car but it wasn’t that big of a deal for me. The car was perfect otherwise. The price was right and the employees were very helpful, professional and kind. I’ll definitely come back for my next rental car!
