The young men working the desk were great!
The two guys who were at the shop both Saturdays (arrival and departure) were great to work with, knowledgeable about the area and made sure we had all questions answered before heading out. Our shuttle driver was very patient as we had car seats and small children to load and unload from the shuttle.

The guys who work there were wonderful and offered great customer service. The car was awful. The seats were stained very badly, car was chipped, check engine light came on toward the end of our rental time. Worst shape of any car I’ve ever rented.
No wait, no line, got a better car than I paid for, AND paid way less than the big companies quoted me! Would absolutely 100% recommend United Auto Rentals to anyone flying into John Wayne. Great experience all around!!!
The car had dings & scratches all over the outside of the vehicle. The insight seating had very noticeable stains throughout. The car had over 97,000 miles when I started using the car. This is not my idea of a "rental" car, especially for the price I paid. I have never had a rental car with over 20,000 miles on it.
The car smell like cigarettes.
They didn’t have my vehicle I reserved, only smaller cars were available. In my case it worked out fine. They lowered my priced due to the smaller vehicle.(they were already the best value I found). Other than than that, everything was great. It’s a small operation. I didn’t have to wait at all for shuttle pick up or drop off. Processing the paperwork was quick and easy. The guys that work there are very friendly. I will definitely use them again!
