United prices were at least $100 less than the other rental agencies on Kayak. Way to go!
I had to change my flight to the next day d/t their hours even though I requested 10pm at booking. Also not open for a shuttle ride to drop off in the morning. Gas tank wasn't full. That's poor service and I find it a shady practice. I paid more than $40 a day for a damaged vehicle with stains all over the seats. They were very nice and prompt when I did arrive but their hours caused me a lot of hassle even though I requested certain hours at booking.

United Auto Rental at Ontario International Airport was awesome. It was an exceptional value: great price, great service, and great car. I will always use them when flying to Ontario Airport. I wish they were at more locations!
Very helpful and courteous staff. Car had a lot of pep for driving LA highways and got great gas mileage.
The rental was the cheapest by far, however the location was off site of the airport and the vehicle smelled badly of cigarettes. I did experience a rude employee at the time of renta, but all other employees were nice.
This was a great experience all around. It was a clean, modern vehicle. The staff were super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone!
