Reserved a 15 passenger van. People who rented it before us decided to keep additional days and was out of state. They provided two vehicles at a great rate to compensate for the additional parking and extra gas we would have to purchase. Customer oriented and friendly. Would rent from them again.

Overall, a great experience. It was great that they picked us up in the rental vehicle. Nice to not have to move bags multiple times. Process was very easy and everyone we worked with was very helpful.

I feel that this was a one-off kind of a night when we rented. They were short staffed and some unexpected circumstances popped up, but overall I would recommend United Car Rental. I’m thankful we weren’t in a big hurry to get anywhere when we arrived. Martin did communicate well throughout our delay. He did go above and beyond with making things right before we left. It’s because of Martin we will be back to United to give them another whirl when we are back in the area.
Overall a good rental and everything went smoothly. The shuttle driver was very friendly.
Inside was stained and no Sirius XM subscription, but other than that it was a good time.
Great people and great prices
Price was good, but car had 109k miles, and was dirty when picked up. The car was not full of gas. Also, there is no way to drop car outside of business hours. They need a key slot in door.
