Satisfied I would rent again
The rental rate was excellent, much better than other companies. The rental vehicle was a 2016 van, but it was perfect for what we needed, room for five people and a lot of luggage. They picked us up within 10 minutes of our arrival and got us back to the airport within 10 minutes of our arrival at their company.
This place needs to close permanently after the non experience I had. Due to flight delays, I arrived after 8pm. When I called, I was told someone would bring car to me in Riverside, twice. On 3rd day, TOM, said that they would only deliver of I was in Ontario, not Riverside which is approximately 30 away. It was the tone he used that caused me to believe it was my fault for flight day. Horrifying experience. TOM, TRY USING BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
Vehicle had 93,000 miles and seats were soiled but for the price it was satisfactory
