Everything was better than expected.
Will not EVER rent here again. They did not honor my reserved pricing or unlimited mileage. Stated mileage would be 200 miles per day but upon return only allowed 150 miles per day. The original price reservation was $250 and the new final price was $412. NEVER EVER AGAIN will I rent from United and neither should you! Go somewhere else. They will rip you off

The employee was very courteous. The price was good. The vehicle was not that great.
Great service, prompt and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable rates just like quoted. Very satisfied with the whole experience and definitely will recommend to friends and family.
Staff were courteous and eficient. The automobile was not suitable for a tall or feeble person and there was olny 3-4 inches of space between the back of the front seats and the edge of the back seat. Therefore, there was no way to use it or give a ride to others.
the car had a broken down on the road and they couldn't help me in the repair because I was far away and they didn't have staff to do it.
The quality of the car was really my only concern. I had to drive a lot and was in the mountains, so would have felt safer with a bit higher quality of a car. Even on California high—speed-highways, I did not like the car’s performance. But I was OK, and that’s what counts.
I wish you had offices in more places!
