I booked online and got dropped off to pick up rental when I attempted to get car I was denied at counter because I didn't have credit card but yet I was able to book car online with same card nowhere online does it say you have to have credit card . Since my insurance wouldn't cover they didn't offer me anymore options but the door. I had friend rent car for me and car was having problems, I got flat tire in middle of desert and they were trying to charge for tire that wasn't damaged. BS serv

After we booked, we had to shorten our trip. The folks at United were so kind and helpful. Airport pick up was easy, and the driver was friendly and helpful. If you need to drop off late (After they close) you can park it at the airport and go.
No one answered the phone number provided when I landed or responded to my message. I had to use a different company.
I had a good experience with your services. Will definitely rent from here in future.
We were running late getting back to the airport and we needed to drop off the car and have them drive us to the airport. They were VERY accommodating. We so appreciated that ‘our urgency became their urgency’. We most certainly would rent from them again. Thank you, Trudy
The driver was not helpful at all, he didn't lift a finger to help load and unload the bags.
Office staff was very pleasant and helpful.
