It was a lovely experience.
I have rented cars for almost every trip I’ve take. Since COVID hit, I’ve been to 13 airports and have rented 12 cars. United Auto Rental was by far the best company I’ve EVER rented from!!! They were kind, fair, and didn’t make me jump through hoops to get my car while at the counter. I don’t get the ‘add-on’ insurance and they didn’t even give me the “well…”! Rates were great and at the end, they told me to stay in my car and they would drive me to the airport in that ca

I’ve never been partial to a rental agency, but they made it so easy and accommodating, that I will use them again from now on.
I needed a shuttle from the airport to pick up my rental car. I called the number provided by United and the shuttle arrived within minutes. The shuttle driver(Robert) and the man that checked me in were so helpful and friendly. When I returned my rental car I was checked out quickly and taken back to the airport right away. The whole check in/check out process was the least stressful I have experienced with any other car rental service..
Really excellent experience. Staff was friendly and prompt.
The only problem was that I couldn't find a USB port for my phone charger. Other than that, the service was great! Price was right, people were friendly, and the location is as close to the airport as one can get without being at the airport. One thing to know is that these rentals have a mileage limit. I wasn't aware of this and no one said anything about it when I picked up the car. Thankfully, I didn't go over the limit, but it's something to be aware of for next time.
