We appreciated the free option of adding an additional driver. We had a mix up with our previous reservation. And the walk up rate was very competitive. Loved not having to wait during check out or returning the car. Great staff overall
Not at all happy with the car. The truck didn’t stay closed it had scratches all over it the AC didn’t work very well and we could never get it out of econo drive.

I've never rented from United Auto Rental before. I was pleasantly surprised. Pick up from the airport was quick and easy. There was no line upon arrival so I was helped immediately. The price was very reasonable. The car was waiting out front, and was upgraded to a better vehicle with as good of gas mileage as the original vehicle. My flight was moved to an earlier departure that was before the rental office opened. They allowed me to drop the car at the airport so I could catch my flight.
