Staff was excellent. The vehicle had issues. The balancing or alignment needed attention. Vehicle vibrated above 70 mph, and gave an audible thump thump at 5-10 mph. The rear window defogger did not work.

I did not know the car rental place closed at 6pm. My flight did not get into the airport until 7:30pm. Therefore, I had to Uber to my hotel that night and Uber back to the car rental place the next morning. Very frustrating.
