It was very easy and quick
The vehicle had damage on every side and in the interior. The fender was loose and pushed back into place by the agent when we picked up the vehicle. The car did not have cruise control. They advertised unlimited miles, but we were told that didn’t apply for local renters. There was a 150 mile daily limit with an additional fee if we were to exceed that mileage. They charged us an extra $3,000 but did correct that error. Next time, I’ll use a better known agency and spend the extra $10 per d

My tags were expired. Customer service sucked and was no help everytime I called and I got charged for a standard vehicle but was giving a compact. Worst experience of my life and I will continue to tell my military friends about it
