Rental reservations was for noon. I did not receive my rental until 1pm. No one called to let me know the van was not ready. He did give me a discount on my rental once received
Great renting experience
My rental experience was great. It was very busy when I got there but I was still taken care of expeditiously. I liked it so much I told my son about it and he rented a car the very next day. I also will be renting from United car rentals in the future. Thank you
I locked my luggage in the rental at the airport at 7:30am left voice message, business does not open until 9:00am. Called back at 8:45am employee immediately sent co-worker to airport. 24 hr emergency is in Spanish (which I do not speak) would suggest adding English. Oher than that Staff was friendly. Price was great. Would highly recommend. Will use again.
The vehicle had way too many damages, but were noted by the agent. The inside was vacuumed but too many stains in the seats. The backup camera kept failing. The car seemed like it had been in an accident, repaired and used again for rental. Even though the personnel was friendly the entire experience just didn’t seemed right, I was very uncomfortable.
The rates and service was excellent. The car was an older model than usually expected from a rental agency, but you can't beat the price.
Bad cigarette smell
Staff was super friendly, even remembering me from a previous rental. The prices are much lower than their competitors. I'll be back.
The staff was friendly and very accommodating. They were able to provide booster seats even though it was not apart of my original reservation. Only negative is the cleanliness of the vehicle it definitely needed some cleaning but I was in a rush so took it as is. Other than that the process of drop off and pick up was fast and efficient.
When I had to modify our rental plans the staff responded positively and in a very professional matter. I was totally pleased with my experience with United.
