Great service
I was given a car for 4+ weeks and there was smoke residue from a previous renter. This was a very distressing situation as I have allergies to smoke... and had to have the window open at all times.

This was my first time using United Auto Rental and I could not be more pleased. I had even mistakenly booked the car for one more day so when I was checking out, the helpful representative let me know my bill was going to be less. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and genuinely nice. Not to mention, all of the great customer service doesn't come at a cost. The car was a little older with some wear but I got a phenomenal deal that handily beat the competition.

The car they first rented to us died in our hotel parking lot during check-in. United came through with a replacement car with in a few hours even though I told them we didn't really need a car until the next day.
I was pleasantly surprised when I brought the car back earlier than planned and got a small reduction in the cost. The car was reliable. The staff gave us a ride to the airport quickly. Overall, I was very happy with the price and service.
